Whether you are a painter, a musician, a filmmaker, or someone just looking for a space to unwind and try something new, The Den is your space to create. We offer a variety of membership tiers tailored to every type of artist and community member.

When you become a member, you aren't just buying studio time—you are directly supporting a sustainable creative hub and ensuring that arts access continues to thrive in Dayton and Columbia County.

How It Works

  1. Find Your Fit:

    Choose the membership tier below that best matches how you want to use the space—from casual weekend creating to full-time studio access.

  2. Sign Up:

    Purchase your membership online or at the reception bar in Gary's Grove.

  3. Walk In & Create:

    No reservations required for the Creation Stations! Just walk in during open hours, pick your medium, and get started.

(Not ready for a membership? Walk-ins are always welcome at our Creation Stations for just $10/hour, and open studio at $20 per session.)

Membership Tiers & Benefits

🎨 Community Supporter — $25 / month Perfect for the casual creator or community advocate.

  • Benefits: 2 hours Creation Station access a month, event discounts, 1 free open studio session, early ticket access and our newsletter.

  • Perks: If you want to stay longer, you get a discounted member rate of $8/hour for any additional Creation Station time (normally $10/hr).

🌟 Creator Member — $75 / month Our most popular tier for visual artists and makers.

  • Benefits: Unlimited Creation Station access during all open hours, 5 open studio sessions a month (materials included), discounted classes, merchandise and framing services

  • Perks: All standard materials at the stations are included. Walk in anytime, create as much as you want, and leave the cleanup to us.

🎸 Music Member — $85 / month Designed for local musicians, podcasters, and audio creators.

  • Benefits: Includes 6 hours per month of dedicated recording studio time, unlimited jam sessions, 2 hours of Creation Station time, access to the stage/opportunities for open mic and shows.

  • Perks: Also includes 2 hours per month of Creation Station access, allowing you to cross over into visual arts.

🌿 Health Member — $90 / month Focused on therapeutic and mindful creative work.

  • Benefits: Includes 5 hours per month of Creation Station access, 1 acupuncture session a month, sound healing, and all wellness classes included in membership.

  • Perks: The mediums are tailored toward gentle, restorative practices like clay hand-building, fiber arts, and mixed-media journaling.

🎬 Film Member — $95 / month For visual storytellers and aspiring filmmakers.

  • Benefits: Unlimited film night events, 2 hours of editing/coaching a month, 4 hours of film studio space access a month with 1-on-1 guidance, opportunity to show work at community film events.

  • Perks: Direct mentorship from our in-house cinematographer (Ghost Village Films) and access to our tight-knit local film community.

🗝️ Full Access Member — $175 / month The ultimate pass for the multi-disciplinary artist.

  • Benefits:Unlimited Creation Station access during all open hours, 6 hours of recording studio/film studio time, private annual event access, in addition to all other benefits.

  • Perks: All five tiers combined!
